As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ideating and planning local marketing campaigns from fun social media stunts to long-term strategic marketing plans. We’re looking for someone with a strong ambition to move things forward while being curious to uncover new high-ROI channels to engage thousands of people. This is a full-time permanent employment opportunity.

<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

- <point>Increasing Bolt’s brand visibility in Lithuania.</point>
- <point>Implement quarterly marketing plans for all verticals.</point>
- <point>Manage and grow both Bolt’s and Bolt Food’s digital platforms through posts, stories and community engagement.</point>
- <point>Execute go-to-market strategy for geographical expansion or new business lines.</point>
- <point>Provide top-quality content for newsletters, push notifications and blog.</point>
- <point>Support our advertising activities by helping to uncover best-performing messages and visuals.</point>
- <point>Review, analyze and report the performance of all local marketing activities.</point>
- <point>Liaise with media, partners, influencers, restaurants, agencies and our customers to execute marketing activities.</point>
- <point>Work together with Language Specialist to ensure high-quality translations across all channels (UX, website, social media, newsletters)..</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>2+ years of marketing experience.</point>
- <point>Experience with social media and content writing.</point>
- <point>Experience with marketing ideation and planning.</point>
- <point>Knowing your C-s (CPM, CAC, CPA are part of your vocabulary).</point>
- <point>Proven track record of developing and implementing brand partnerships.</point>
- <point>Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, etc.</point>
- <point>Outstanding copywriting skills in both English and French.</point>
- <point>Strong self-starter, get-things-done attitude and good collaboration skills.</point>
- <point>Data-driven and customer-centric approach to tracking and analyzing campaign results.</point>
